There are limitations to notary services, not everyone is aware of. There is also limitations to assisting with POA's, family court documents, etc. as I am not a lawyer. Please read further, and should your question not be answered, please feel free to reach out.

Can you help me prepare criminal documents?

My services are limited to civil matters, namely family law. My experience does not excel past this realm of law. I do, however, have referrals for lawyers for various matters.

Do I need a specific POA?

I can't tell you what to put into place for your particular situation, but I can and will educate you on the differences so you can make an educated decision on which documents we will prepare.

How long is the standard processing time for docs?

Each document type varies. I aim for a 3 day turn around for family law docs, resumes, and essays. POAs can be done same day, typically.
